Thanks to my own experience I have realized how important is everything that surround us and how we choose to life our lives. Important for our physical and emotional health. In Food Therapy I will be posting all the things I have changed in my life to improve it in so many ways, as well as the pickings up of good vibes as far as natural healthy lifestyle is concerned.
